3 Octave Triad Arpeggios (Inspired by Pat Metheny)

3 octave arpeggios are an incredible warmup and technique builder. I recommend this for improvisers learning how to shift expressively up and down the neck, while keeping sustain and tone in mind. They are also a wonderful fingering framework for more colorful four note arpeggios, simply add a note where desired in between the triad arpeggio tones and they will fit easily under your hand. This was inspired by Pat Metheny's live warmups that are well documented online.
